HEROES
Starlet
Real Name:Chloe Cooper
Age: 14
Occupation: Student, Superhero
Powers and Abilities: Super Strength (can lift a car), Endurance, Accelerated Healing, Flight (120mph), Energy Blasts from Hands
Appearance: Chloe Cooper is tall and curvy for her age, built like an ideal superhero, with long legs, strong thighs, and full breasts. She has a pretty, all-American face with a pert nose, and a camera-ready smile, wavy blonde hair, and striking pale blue eyes.
Chloe is a beautiful girl, and she knows it. Her costume as Starlet is designed to catch the eye and stick in the memory as much as possible. A thin, blue-white cleavage baring leotard with a glimmering star logo and barely anything to cover her backside. The costume is completed with knee-high dark blue boots, elbow-length gloves, and a domino mask of the same color.
In her civilian identity, Chloe can hardly hide her height when she’s walking around school, so she focuses her efforts on distracting from the similarities of her and her alter ego with glasses, a few subtle shifts in posture, and outfits that do a better job of hiding her figure.
Personality: Chloe is a focused and determined young woman with one goal in mind above all else: to become a successful super hero. Due to this, she can end up coming off as a bit self-centered and attention hungry, as she’s well aware of how much of making it in the business has to do with star power and show business.
In front of the camera, Starlet comes off as confident, personable, and flirty. She knows how to play off the expectations of the public and has been pretty successful at giving them what they want so far.
In her civilian identity, Chloe is a bright student, popular but rarely the center of attention. She takes her time away from the costume seriously and any moment she could call free time is treasured greatly.
Bio: Born with an exceptional set of mutant powers that manifested when she was young, Chloe knew that there was only one future for her, and that she was going to have to fight her way to it. She started crafting the Starlet identity (and brand) early on, studying everything to do with the superhero business, from the big names to the street-level vigilantes, and she dissected how everything worked, and the relationship between the heroes and the public, as well as training to make maximum use of her powers.
Her career had started in earnest earlier this year, making small waves in Media City but not really causing a stir in the greater hero-sphere. This uneventful beginning to her career hits a major bump, however, when she runs into one naked boy in a mask…
NightClad
“Real” Name: Nicholas ‘Nico’ Takaki
Age: 14
Occupation: Student, Hero
Powers and Abilities: Highly trained in martial arts, acrobatics, and stealth
Appearance: Nico is a young East Asian man of average height and slender build, with dark hair in a scruffy, unkempt style.
As NightClad, the only thing that he wears is his night-blue domino mask. He otherwise conducts his hero work completely naked. His penis is hairless, circumcised, and fairly noticeable, tending to swing and flop with the slightest movement.
In civilian identity, Nico still prefers to be naked, but at his handler’s insistence, wears the clothing that she buys him, which is usually low effort and low maintenance, jeans and graphic tees.
Personality: Nico is a co*cky and easygoing boy with the utmost confidence in his abilities, even when that confidence doesn’t seem like the best idea. He’s a hero half to make a difference, and half to prove his own skills to everyone watching. While professional in most circ*mstances, he’s still a horny teenager boy (and a perpetually naked one, too), and that occasionally shines through at inopportune time. As trained as he is, he hasn’t been taught how to separate his civilian and public identities, and as such his personality remains mostly the same whether masked or not.
Bio: Raised and trained at birth by mysterious benefactors to be a highly skilled young hero, NightClad is primed to make his debut in the bustling metropolis of Media City. Joined by his handler, Grace, now taking up the identity of his older sister and legal guardian, it is soon time to make his debut. A debut that leads to a chance encounter with a powerful new heroine…
Miss Media
Real Name: Alexandria 'Lexi' Carter
Age: 24
Occupation: Superhero, Barista
Powers and Abilities: Super Strength (can lift a tank, and possibly even stronger), Flight (360mph), Bulletproof Skin, Superhuman Reflexes, Superhuman senses. Trained in Martial Arts and the use of a Special lightweight, nearly indestructible shield, both defensively and offensively. Skilled latte artist.
Appearance: Lexi is a statuesque woman with dark skin, curly black hair, and brown eyes. She has a pretty, round face with thick lips, and her figure could best be described as 'distracting.'
Lexi's Miss Media costume is a black and gold leotard with a stylizedMM over her chest. The costume compliments and accentuates her already ample curves. Her legs are mostly bare, and for footwear, she wears an ever-changing variety of custom made sneakers, usually from her many sponsors.
In her civilian identity, Lexi dresses mostly plainly, to put the idea out of anyone's minds that she could ever be such a larger than life superhero as Miss Media. She usually wears comfortable clothing like cardigans or long, flowing skirts.
Personality: In spite of being one of the biggest names in the superhero business, Lexi is fairly down to earth, caring more for what she does that how she's seen doing it. Still, she's aware of her reputation, and if necessary, she uses it to lean on anyone acting as an obstacle to her.
In her civilian identity, Lexi is soft-spoken and quiet. She doesn't draw too much attention to herself, but she's just as warm and personable as usual.
Bio: Breaking into the scene at age 14, now in her tenth year of being a superhero, Miss Media is practically a legend among other heroes. Skilled, powerful, beautiful, and successful, Miss Media enjoys a level of near universal acclaim that few in the last century of heroics ever enjoyed.
In spite of her status as one of the greats, Lexi works a relatively low-key and decidedly non-glamorous job as a barista, partly because she enjoys it, and that she's good at it, but also that thanks to her success as a hero, and her numerous sponsors, she barely needs to do anything else.
CIVILIANS
Sally Sink
Age: 28
Occupation: Field Reporter, Journalist, Media Personality, Author
Powers and Abilities: Skilled investigative reporter, magnetic personality
Appearance: Sally Sink is a beautiful brunette with a bombshell figure. She dresses to stand out in the crowd of her profession. She seems like a timeless star that would be famous no matter when she was born.
Personality: Off camera and on, Sally is a magnetic personality that can get even those who wear masks for a living to open up. She genuinely cares about the heroes she works with, and she tries her best to craft as interesting a story as she can with the material given to her.
Bio: From the humble beginnings of her school paper to the grand heights of being one of the most famous and beloved reporters of her time, it was clear from the start that Sally was destined for the screen. If a hero wants any chance to make it big, whether in Media City or anywhere else, it helps to get her attention.
In addition to her career as a journalist, and a successful stint as an author, Sally also runs a YouTube account where she covers various heroes from around the world with genuine interest.
Caroline Cooper
Age: 36
Occupation: Owner of CC's Bookshop
Powers and Abilities: Very quick reader, loving and supportive mother, skilled small business owner.
Appearance: Her daughters inherited their height from their late father, so Caroline stands at below-average height, which looks even shorter when she stands next to Chloe and Claire. She has a pretty, gentle face, and has mostly retained the figure she had back before she gave birth to her girls. Caroline dresses modestly in thick and comfortable sweaters, stockings, and slippers.
Personality: Caroline is supportive of whatever her daughters want to do, even in the case of Chloe, who is set on dressing in skimpy suits and throwing herself at people with guns trying to kill her. She's lost a lot of sleep over her eldest daughter's following her dream of being a superhero, but is still there for her in whatever capacity that Chloe might need. Beyond that, Caroline was meant for a quiet life spent reading under the light of a lamp, and that is exactly what she intends to do.
Bio: Caroline married a handsome man with the minor mutant power to float a few inches off the ground. She didn't think that either of her daughters would inherit any powers, let alone the jackpot selection that Chloe did. Now widowed and supporting her daughter's lofty dreams, Caroline also spends weekdays managing her used bookstore, and reading book after book in between customers.
Claire Cooper
Age: 12
Occupation: Student
Powers and Abilities: Straight A Student
Appearance: Claire Cooper is tall for her age, almost a full head taller than some of the other girls her age, with thin limbs and an awkward sense of self. She resembles her older sister, albeit without her heroic proportions. She dresses in many colors all at once, and usually in more layers than she really needs. She wears thick rimmed glasses that she tends to fiddle with when she's nervous.
Personality: Claire is a very mousy and shy girl, in spite of her height. She focuses mostly on studying, and she tends to clam up around handsome boys and pretty girls. Supportive of her sister's career as a superhero, Claire is herself simply happy to live as normal a life as she could manage.
Bio: Claire is one of the top students of Media Middle-School, and though she was given many opportunities to do so, she chooses to never skip any grades, already having trouble relating to kids her own age, she doesn't want to risk that high-schoolers would be even more difficult to talk to. She doesn't know what she wants to be when she grows up, but she does know she wants it to be important. Something like a doctor, or a lawyer. She has a lot of time to figure that out, though, so she does her best in school until she does.
Julia Rodriguez
Age: 14
Occupation: Student
Powers and Abilities: Easy to Get Along With. Skilled Track Athlete
Appearance: Julia is a short girl with light brown skin, dark brown eyes, and long, wavy black hair. She likes to dress in bright colors and flattering fits; short shorts and tight pants being preferred. She usually wears a smile, and if she isn't smiling, then that's a good sign that chaos is to follow.
Personality: Julia has a lot of personality in a compact package. She's often happy and upbeat, and she wants the whole world to know. She prefers athletic events to actual school, and socializing with others much, much more than either of those things. Julia is very enthusiastic on romance and boys, and openly flirtatious and horny over her crushes, even if she's not really all that good at being flirty or horny. She feels all of her emotions 110%, and is capable of going even higher than that.
Bio: A friend of Chloe's and the Cooper family since they met in elementary school, Julia has been a constant and devoted partner in crime to Chloe unfailingly, so much so that she was the first person outside of her family that Chloe told about her powers and her intent to be a super hero. Julia swore to keep her secret and support in any way she can, but a lot of that support usually involves being the devil on her friend's shoulder. If there's one thing about Julia that can be said, it's that she makes life interesting.
VILLAINS

Occupation: Leader of the Terrorist Group 'Moonfall'
Powers and Abilities: Skilled Tactician. Otherwise Unknown.
Appearance: Unknown.
Personality: Unknown.
Bio: The mysterious leader of Moonfall. Not even his followers know his true name. He leads the terrorist group through unknown means and vague goals which seem to boil down to discrediting superheroes and to cause unrest in the American populace. As of late, Media City and Miss Media seem to be his primary target.
OTHER
Grace Takaki
”Real” Name: Grace Takaki
Age: 21
Occupation: Handler
Powers and Abilities: Expert martial artist and hacker
Appearance: Grace is a lithe East Asian woman with straight black hair and dark eyes usually lined with smoky makeup. She tends to dress practically in comfortable clothing that lets her move easily, just in case. she prefers black in her clothing taste.
Personality: Grace is flippant and brutally honest. She teases Nico relentlessly and loves to push his buttons, and this extends to anyone else she feels any degree of closeness to. In spite of this, when on the job, she takes things completely seriously and has an unparalleled sense of duty.
Bio: Born to the same mysterious league that raised Nico, Grace keeps her past a closely guarded secret, and even her present is barely acknowledged. Currently she works as the handler and legal guardian of Nico Takaki, posing as his sister to the public.
